What time does the site open and close?
TICKETS page which states these timings for each event.
Can I buy tickets on the doors on the day?
Yes you can, but subject to availability as this event is expected to sell out. Booking in advance is recommended to avoid disappointment. You can buy advance tickets here and save!
Is there merchandise available to buy at the event?
Yes, you can buy an interesting selection things from red squirrels (the soft-toy variety!), pin badges to handmade mugs, and of course souvenir programmes, as well as various other related items.
Where is the main entrance?
There is only one entrance for the audience, which is the main entrance (Rotunda) to Northwood House, accessed by Ward Avenue.
Can I bring my own food & drink?
You may bring your own picnic, but there will be food stalls and a bar with a range of tipples, as well as non-alcoholic hot and cold drinks for you to purchase. Due to the licensing at the venue, we regret you cannot bring alcohol along, as only alcohol purchased on site can be consumed.
Is there seating or do I sit on the grass?
No seating is provided if you buy a standard ticket, so you can bring a blanket to sit on the grass. There will be a designated area for people wanting to bring chairs, but as space is limited, it will be on a first-come-first-served basis and you may be asked to sit in a designated area to avoid blocking sight-lines of other ticket holders. Please do not bring gazebos or tables! For VIP ticket-holders, tables and chairs will be provided in a designated covered area.
Are dogs allowed?
Only registered guide dogs are allowed on site.
Are gazebos allowed?
Unfortunately we are unable to allow gazebos at this event as it would block the view of other audience members.

There is an on-site car park, which is £2 per vehicle. There is disabled parking next to the main entrance, however there are limited spaces. Please contact us to book your disabled parking space and please bring your disabled badge to show on arrival. For access, drive to the main entrance on Ward Avenue.
